What we offer

The Listening room offers traditional one to one room based sessions or outdoors experiencing Equine therapy on a one to one or group basis. We describe ourselves as intergrative counsellors having specialised in many different modlities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Equine-Assitested Psychotherapy, two very different approaches. Advice on which form of therapy would best suit you will be given upon first contact. If you wish to seek further information on either of these forms of therapy before you contact us, please visit www.BABCP.co.uk | www.eagala.org.

Session times and frequency

You will normally attend one counselling session per week on a day and time that is convenient to you. These sessions will normally last up to one hour and reviews will take place every six weeks. At each review, we will discuss progress and evaluate and identify the need for further counselling. If you cannot attend arranged sessions, we would ask that you leave a message on 01939 200513. We will then contact you to re-arrange a session. Missed appointments will be charged for, please notify us at least a day in advance of non attendance.

We offer out of office hour appointments, have disabled access and off street parking. We both have full Professional Liability Insurance, DBS checks and Child Protection certification. Documentation disclosure is available on request.

We charge £35 per counselling session room based, payment can be made by cash, cheque or bank transfer.
