Enquiries submitted through this website are processed and stored securely by our website hosting provider, Netlify, using their form-handling service. We review and respond to enquiries directly and do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
We retain enquiry submissions only for as long as necessary to respond to you and, where a counselling relationship begins, in line with professional and ethical record-keeping guidance (e.g. BACP guidance). Enquiries that do not lead to further contact are deleted periodically, and in any case no longer than 12 months after submission.
